Climate Change and the West?

The president of uganda wrote scathing up ed, you know, really diting the west in how it talks about climate change. He saido to say to developing nations that they need to step away from fossil fields is to basically condemn them to a constant cycle of poverty. For many people in developing countries, coal means like a door to wealth. That's why there is a huge sability on developed countries to provide climate finance for developing countries. But even the promised climate finance is going to be delayed until 20 23, which is unfair and so disappointing for communities who are on the front lines.
