The Supreme Court Protects Access to Mepha-Pristone
The Supreme Court has protected access to a widely used abortion drug by freezing lower court rulings at placed restrictions on medication abortion. The FDA's approval of the drug Mepha-Pristone remains in place. Justice Alito wrote that four-page dissent, saying there would be no harm if the restrictions went into effect.
