The Magic of the Experience
Sally Kohn: I've had extensive off the grid experiences over the years as an adult. It takes usually three to five days, maybe a week to really start to settle into a place and let go of some of those connections to the broader outside world. And then you can really get into that deeper work that occurs once you've detached from some of those things. The SIT spot is not a meditation, but it's time to be a part of the community that extends beyond the human community. Because what we do on a homestead in some ways, it can really envelop you its own humanness.
