Using a Like Line in a DAP

In a like client you have to actually reach out to the network ask someone for the account balance. You verify that the answer is correct and only then do you have an account balance so you actually have to do a network request to get any answers. If you want to mutate something it's still the same process so you need to create a transaction say which function you want to call what parameters and then send that to the network yeah.
