Daniel: What is it about the way that we understand jesus culturally to day that you think we might have wrong? Or maybe we're a bit off? Daniel: For me personally, if i exalt jesus as the standard, it's kind of a north star that directs my course. I'm aiming at jesus for my attitudes of self reflection and introspection here. Jesus advice in matthew six, i wish i had mastered in my twenties and not my forties,. instead of getting those esteemed needs met from giving in public or praying a flowery prayer.
