The Skill of Mindfulness in Stoicism

For any of these practices to be effective, there's a core skill that we all need to continue to develop. For me, this is one of the most important skills in stoicism and that is the skill of mindfulness. You would just take you 15 minutes a day to sit and pay attention to your mind and observe your thinking. Remember, meditation is not about zoning out. It's about focusing your attention on your thoughts and your body and your environment.
