Culture is the hardest thing to copy and the most highly differentiated part of a great company. It doesn't matter whether you take its content off its site or host it natively on Facebook, buzzfeed will always be an unstoppable force because it's always learning. Some of it is just people know how to do it but they know how to doing it not because they are individually brilliantIt's because they've been baking in this culture and marinating in it for years.
