I've Learned a Lot From James Clear

i need more structure through my days, especially working from home. I feel like i compare myself a lot to other people. And if i focus more on what i did have instead of what i didn't, i think that would help my mental health more. Just taking time every day to work towards things that i want to do. It's so easy to get caught up in what's urgent instead of what's important. The menmust talk a lot about that, and they say, when you're writing out what you should do, usually what's urgent isn't important, but what is important isan urgent. Those are probably the biggest things.
