The Responsibility of the Media in the Face of Violence

Gideon Litchfield: How much responsibility do broadcasters have when someone takes the words to literally and commits violence? He says we let ourselves off too easy if we say it's only the criminal who's responsible. We forget that Donald Trump had called for an outright ban on Muslims coming in the United States of America, right? A blatantly prejudicial policy, right? The banning of an entire people group based on how they worship in the United states of America in 2016. And, and I think we just failed. It was very hard to fully capture it.
