How to Compel People to Say Exactly What They're Saying

How is it that people form sentences and convey their intentions accurately? You have to break up what we sometimes call verbatim memory, or an actural, sort of perceptual form of memory. People's memory for that is quite poor. They're about 65 seven percent accras. It's above chance. So they will say it more when it was there. E have to take that into consideration a little bit. That ends up being the main effect.
