How to Grow Your Sales Team

Not everyone, not everyone is and needs to be effective at sales. I think what I would be looking at in regards to the growing of sales team is profiling a big fan of that. There are ways, with good frameworks and good guides, you can people who aren't necessarily extrovert. So I'm not suggesting that just because you're not like a people person doesn't mean you can't be good at sales.
