Rashid m lufe was part of the algerian football team that toured the world. They won more than 60 games and scored over 300 goals, but were never allowed to play in the world cup or against any of the world's best teams. He went on to lead saint etienne to victory in the french cup in 19 68,. 14 years later, as head coach, he led the gerian national team to the 19 82 world Cup in spain.
