The Importance of Data Governance
I think a lot of times we go at, so I think this, from my standpoint, the storytelling we usually come in with a preconceived notion. So you kind of have to come in with an empty mind sometimes and let the data tell you what's going on. You get the story that you wanted versus what's actually there. And if things are dropping out or we're filtering them out, what is the purpose and the reason behind that? We need more due diligence around data than we had before.
