Wayne Chapman was convicted of raping two boys who also were my childhood friends the year before so i know that that's not true and that you were in Lawrence. When he came out one thing that i was sort of surprised by was his size he was a very big man um so that was daunting. He is much more likely to draw children to himself because he has this appearance of being vulnerable now than he might have had as a young person.
