How Long Do You Have Left to Live?
Once we get past our late twenties, how long we have left to live is largely up to how we structure our habits. If i do things correctly, then i got a long time left. And if i regret not doing smething ten years ago, ok, i can make some habit changes that will add ten years to my life. That's true. Just everything is different in each of those chapters. They were all different meas. I think it's maybe a bit more compressed when you're younger like i for me, you know, high school seems very different then than college. For high school, i would probably lump in, i'd lump an eighth grade as well. So
