Anxiety and Fear

This is the distinction between fear and a word you heard me use more often, which is anxiety. These terms are often used interchangeably in everyday discourse. It's important to at least talk about the polar differences between them. We suffer because we can't manage our anxiety as they think the fears they talk about are not really things that are a clear threat where we clearly know what to do.
