A purposeful yest is when you've evaluated everything that's on deck right now, and then make plans for the least one of those to happen. A yes can be anything from writing it in your hand or using omnifocus to making an appointment with someone who has a specific question about something. It could also just be saying: "I don't know if i can do this thing," which will add some weight to its status as a project.
