i think work has become this blended thing where it's like you break your we're dealing with not just how good the job is, but our personal issues. And if you want to be a great leader, you have to knoww how to address those things properly. There might be like a team of ten people, and you see two people or three people not doing the same thing. So sometimes basically how to address that is to pull the person that you think the source of it is aside,. Maybe take him to lunch, or take him to dinner, have a talk with em, a see where they're at, and maybe it's time to go to prate ways.
