How Do You Deal With Critical Voice?

How do we deal with that critical voice that says, everything you do is terrible? And balancing that with improving. I use scrivener to write and i feel like it's about trust in the process. Once you've been through this creative cycle enough times, you know that critical voice is just part of the process. So et's almost leke, you have to learn to write alongside it as opposed to try and banish it. Anahaha, no one always has a procest that saves you from thinking that awfulness will go out in the world.
