Tiffany: It's really important to me to understand where any aspect of my work life balance falls short. As a leader, I think the first ways to model them yourself are employees are going to notice what we do. You cannot value boundaries in mental health fully for your employees if you're not at least making an effort to show that balance yourself. We've got to keep that in mind whenever we're doing anything to try to model certain behaviors.
