While Cassie Sainsbury was fighting to survive in the notorious Columbian prison, she was being attacked on the outside. Just 22 and unable to speak Spanish, she was arrested, strip searched by male guards, sexually assaulted and thrown into an all-male holding cell, forced to use the toilets in front of dozens of men. That was just the beginning of her never ending nightmare.
