The debt markets are open at a very expensive price. So certain things certain companies that haven't gone out don't have a strong track record I think they're going to really struggle. Fortunately we have a pretty good track record and I have the best CFO and he set up a bunch of hedges in place so I feel okay about that. Are we nervous about what the markets are going to look like in 2023 for sure? We're getting out there early, having conversations to try to set up. Dec capital pretty early on right now to make sure that we're just prepared.
