A massive overdose patient can present earlier with badness. This is not 24 hours after the exposure. This is two to four hours afterwards. They have a serum acetaminophen concentration that is through the roof. And again, to reiterate what you had mentioned before, distinctly uncommon. Maybe the poison center in Ontario sees one a month.
