The Importance of Focusing on the Customer
It's a culture. Everyone on the team lives and breathes for the customer. As we grow, that philosophy and that belief comes first and foremost. You can definitely experience when a company's culture is not focused on the customer versus when it is. That if everyone is very clear that we are as a brand, the customer first brand where you walk in and you feel really cared for then that translates out. It's just inherently part of this kind of warmth is inherently part of the brand and will remain.
