The Need for More Recognizing in the Workplace

Recent research shows that Gen Z has less resilience than Gen X. So why are they less resilient, the younger generation and why do they need more recognition? I think there's so many variables at stake. We haven't grown up in the hardest of times but we've also faced so many challenges when it comes to our devices and social media.
