Is There a Better Way to Get a Brighter Light?
You want to get a light that's going to be bright enough to give you a good whack of lux. You either need to be close to it or you need a bigger, brighter light. Russell actually said that the real sliced bread here is sunlight. In the UK, in the winter, we don't get much opportunity to get that bright blue light in our eyes. So that is, I think, where these lamps can help with the winter blues.
