Teachable raised $12 million and had nine in the bank when we saw. Oh my God. It's quite sad. So like, why raise money when you don't have to? Because I feel like it's much more powerful to retain more ownership than raise way more than you need. The last round before we sold, we'd raised $4 million at 130 million pre-money valuation. We sell 30% of our company for $4 million. That was sort of the typical sort of range.
