The Importance of Time in Learning

I love that you pull in powerlifting terminology, these other outside things, and apply them to a learning domain like this. To me, that's essentially what all learning is about is sort of like transferring from other fields. I'm interested in how you settled on the time periods. So the three months, two weeks, those types of things? I personally think that's a very good amount of time to spend on each topic.
