The Warden Cliff Tower

The Warden Cliff tower was designed by Tesla in the early 1900s. It is a means of wireless communication, like a worldwide wireless communication tower. In an interview he describes using the earth itself as the medium for conducting the currents. So I think this is, this was Tesla's overarching dream, kind of device to create for the world.
