"This isn't something that's going to, like, be a hall mark of my career or really put me on the map as a writer," he says. "I was working eight to ten hours a day, including week ends, on this for at least the next four months." The book is being published by Simon & Schuster and will go on sale in November.

On this vault episode of the podcast, I bring back Patrick Rhone. He is an author and speaker who helps guide people to the balance and peace that comes through mindfulness, introspection, and truth.
