A lot of our gotos tend to involve am pastor or potatoes, because, you know, there's a staple. There's something that you know that the kids can have that isn't bad for them and it's also something that you can buy in bulk that will last. So my kids have have an affectionate term for some of my cooking. They call it something brown isily, basically, that's just what whatever meat is just about to go out of date a put in a pan with tomatoes or whatever.
