What Monogamous Couples Learn From Non Monogamic Couples?
When it comes to managing jealousy, what can monogamous couples learn from non-monogamy couples? I think one of the things that is inherent to navigating an open relationship or a consentially non monogamous relationship, is asking yourself tough questions embarking on this journey. When i work with my patients around this, i challenge them to ask themselves questions along the lines of, what does it mean when somebody loves me? What would it mean if they had sex with somebody else? Would they love me less? What do they owe me when weare in a relationship together? Howmuch do i get to control them? How much do i possess them? And all these questions are really hard
