Deportation and Civil Rights: A Risky Debate

Last week, the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to “facilitate” the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran man deported because of an “administrative error,” back to his home in Maryland. But, so far, the administration has not complied.
