The Horror of a New Neighbor

I'm a 24 year old female living with my roommate to 23 year old female in an apartment in the suburbs of Atlanta. We have a ring peephole camera perfect for apartments and additional lock on our door for safety. About three months ago the sweet family across the hall moved out and we got a new neighbor.
