Do You Think the Justice Department Is Going to Comply With Its Sapina?
Carol Costello: I don't think that we're going to hear from the justice department. The department, as we can see, is already being accused of acting politically and using its powers improperly. If anything about this case should ever hit a court of law, you can certainly expect that every single decision made will become public some day. i am told that officials are extremely cognizant of this risk, which is why they are acting so incredibly cautiously.
