I've Learned How to Read Patients' Stories

As the relationships with individual patients changed, so did my relationship with my patient population. I became familiar with the culture of my patients. After moving a thousand miles west to an entirely new population, I had to relearn the chest pain history. While relations with patients in the population as a whole changed, sodid my relationship with medicine itself.
