The Moon Agreement - A Beautiful Treaty

In the early 1970s, our expert witness Peter Yankovic was elected chairman. We had a very ambitious idea to create a special regime for the Moon and we tried to figure out how these resources could be preserved for all of mankind. The Moon agreement was drawn up, stating that the natural resources on the Moon were for all mankind. However, before it could be signed, the mood changed with neoliberal politics in international agreements out. It worries me because since 1979, there have not been any new outer space treaties,. And new developments are creating new problems, as our next expert witness will explain.
