Are We Comparing Our Lives on Social Media?

I feel like when I get on social media, I'm immediately plunged back into that dynamic. You usually feel like you're better than everyone else. There's also this other weird thing that's happening where we have created now over the last 10, 15 years this archive of our own lives. And a lot of it is not real. If people are using filters, if they're editing their pictures, and even if they're not doing any of that, then when you look back on your life, you're comparing your current state to a state that doesn't actually totally exist in reality.
