The Best Way Forward for India?

India has its own reason for not having too much cold, because pollution costs a lot of lives in or poor health and song. I think what's tricky then is, how much of the international externality that india creates should india internalise? Givein that it's going to be costly in terms of energy consumption, yet it's leaving a large carbon footprint. And i think there are two or three principles. Hire one, i certainly think that it has to be very, very gradual.
