In your book, you talk about designing a process so that it's healthy. And one of the things I've heard you say is you also want to design an experience filled with dignity. What would it look like for us to design a client experience that's filled with dignity? Yeah. So I have a whole movement around lawyering for dignity and remembering that regardless of why our clients have come to us, they are whole human beings deserving of respect.
