The Value in Motion

Marks talks about the capacity of money to concentrate a certain kind of form of social power which is appropriable by private persons. So value then is that social relation, but it's a social relation that's in motion. And what does it mean to say it's in motion? Now Marks actually has I think a very interesting way of setting this up. He uses an analogy like the hydrological cycle where HTO is moving around and taking different forms as it goes through metamorphosis.
