The AI Ready Gap
Support leaders are clearly excited about the possibilities that advanced AI and automation will bring to their customer service offering. But practitioners are a bit more skeptical. 67% of CS leaders are confident customers are ready to interact with an AI chatbot compared to only 45% of practitioners. That same 22% gap exists when we ask about leveraging AI and automation to increase team efficiency in the year head.
