How Do You Love Yourself?
How does your heart feel about Jesus Christ, the God-Man? Do you take delight in him? These are pleased with their honey and wasps with rotten things. Consider whether your heart is animated by giving glory to God or do you greatly desire to do something for his honor? For those who love God love like David the adorning of his house. It is a good sign of love when we see that we have deprived ourselves of anything on behalf of him whom we love. What then have you forsaken for the love of God?
