The Weiss family currently owns approximately 65% of the outstanding shares. The customer utilizes a loyalty marketing program called Weiss Club Preferred Shopper, which provides discounts promotions and fuel rewards. And my gut is that these guys are a price driven, a price driven moat. That's what they're trying to do - compete on the basis of price. I don't see anything else that tells me anything about them.
