Shelley's Address to the Irish People
Shelley wrote an address to the Irish people, but it's been criticized on a number of grounds. It purported to tell the Irish what they already knew, which was that they were oppressed. We can recognize now that Shelley's heart was in the right place and he was passionately against injustice.
