Most programs if you're starting out you sort of expect there to be some type of requirement that informs your program. requirements can take different flavors and I think the three the three schools that you were talking about there is actually kind of based on that referred to as big acquisition. Now the new term is the defense acquisition decision support system. Got a longer acronym but yeah requirements for you and acquisition acquisition processes.
