The pay commission revisions have ensured that the payout is pretty high. So would you rather say that the payout should not be linked to the pay commission, but simply indexed to inflation and whatever that figure is? Is that how you would sort of frame it? No, I would say again, a middle path here that you don't link it only to your last salary, but you can do a weighted average of your salary across time and make that as the benefit,. which is indexed to inflation.
