Ford's Big Bet on Formula One

Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Matashitz purchased the Jaguar F1 team for literally $1 in 2004. Red Bull has invested $2.3 billion into Red Bull Racing so far, creating $300 million plus in annual brand exposure. Ford is returning to Formula One and they're teaming up with Red Bull again. The car manufacturer will be working with Red Bull Powertrain to develop the next-gen hybrid power units that will be required as part of F1's new power unit regulations that start in 2026.
