The Greatest Facebook Thread in Hong Kong Pandemic History

Comedian Jamie Gung started Hong Kong's first full-time comedy club in 2007. He is also responsible for what has become known as one of the greatest Facebook threads in Hong Kong's pandemic history. In 2020, he posted a message to the Hong Kong quarantine support group saying his 84-year-old mom was returning home from New York City alone and needed help getting there. The post received 600 plus messages, comments, mostly positive. It was like a Korean drama and humanity still exists because a lot of people were just helping my mom.
