The AI learns and coaches itself. It kind of runs away with its own theory. And you give it, you can give it very high level goals. You can modify what it's looking for in its training data set. So one of the things that I've worked on a lot is bias and bias reduction and mitigation. There are tests that you run after you modify the system to check whether or not user ratings are doing good.
